Los nerds fans de la ciencia ficción deberían despertar y darse cuenta que sus sueños no son realizables bajo el orden económico actual.
Nadie te obliga a seguir un orden económico concreto para lograr las cosas si le pones empeño suficiente. Y con empeño no me refiero a casa de empeños precisamente.
Hay mucha gente al margen de los sistemas económicos imperantes que han logrado hacer cosas que no se habrían logrado por dinero por el mero hecho de no resultar rentables, y ni siquiera por tema impuestos. El tiempo tiene un valor incalculable donde la motivación y el voluntariado son fuerzas muy poderosas especialmente si se multiplican con la unión de pequeñas fuerzas coordinadas. Lo que los gringos llaman crowdsourcing, que no suena tan rojo como la unión (que hace la fuerza).
El brazo de acción de la ciencia, que todos llamamos tecnología, permite reducir costos, esfuerzos y reduce barreras de acceso a los medios para producir algo (que como sabemos, reduce lo que dice Marx al respecto del control de los medios de producción, que en un mundo de abudancia que él mismo teorizaba se evitaría). Por eso proyectos como el guatemalteco que inventó el reCAPTCHA o Duolingo permiten aunar esfuerzos sin montar sindicatos. Sin ánimo de triggerear al personal con este numerito cómico, son ejemplos prácticos donde la práctica tecnológica supera barreras ideológicas y económicas. Usa tu cerebro.
