I think Albanian is the best language in the world because it is completely uninfluenced by romantic, germanic and slavic languages, even though Albania is an European country.
Yeah, but Albania is a whole country and Albanian is its primary language. Not quite the case in Basque which is spoken in France and Spain as a secondary language.

Is better for a country to have two functional languages coexisting or you'd rather to crush the lesser of these two languages in order to impose order?
What do you people think of basque being a secondary language? This should be of extreme importance for chileans for the sake of argument around the mapudungun language and its relations to the approach the citizens should have to chilean native culture.
