I was watching this video and it really made me laugh the "tax system" in USA, like, they really add the taxes at the moment you pay??
Or the healthcare system, it seems to be very bad lol.

When it rains a lot here, in some cities in Santiago (Chile), the main streets look like rivers and even some buses get a lot of water into them when they pass.
