Hiroyuki, el hombre que fue expulsado de 2ch por collecionar y vender información acerca de sus usuarios, dejar que un servicio pagado controlara la información posteada en sus boards, entre otras cosas muy tránfugas, es el nuevo administrador de 4chan.
